This is a great website that puts the federalist and anti-federalist papers in order, meaning that they show which anti-fed paper corresponds with what fed paper, as well as the topic it was about. I would also strongly recommend Quentin Taylor's " TheEssential Federalist" Book to go along with this. It's an amazing book that breaks down the issues about the constitution and gives the relevant passages from the Federalist Papers.
